Good doctor but the front desk personnel are horrible. They are extremely rude and when you need anything they are very short and act like you're bothering them. There are too many other places to go that treat you with respect, so I would suggest that shoppers beware.

The staff at this center are great, Very caring and concerned for their patients!!! There is also NO added fees that some centers would sneak in. Everything is all inclusive! They were very up front and I felt like I could trust them with my eyes. Thanks again! I recommend you guys to everyone I know.

I will never go to All About Eyes again. I had very bad experience there. They made my glasses incorrectly, admitted they did, but wouldn't refund my money or give me new glasses. What kind of a way is that to run a business. I have a feeling I don't even need to warn people about them, because they way they do business there, I can't imagine they will last long at all. Their only hope is to keep new customers coming in who are here for school and haven't heard about their business practices. I have heard from friends of mine that they had to get their glasses redone at a different place because All About Eyes got them wrong. Mine too. I seriously haven't found anyone who says they got glasses that were right there.

The staff here were not very helpful. When I've called to ask if I could speak to the doctor they just tell me he's not there, but dont offer to let me leave a message. I had to ask.
Then he never called me back after 1 1/2 weeks, so I called back to leave another message.
Also, another time when I called to see if they were open on Sunday, the receptionist said "no, thank god!"

I really liked the Dr., but don't want to return to this office - because of his desk and billing personnel. They collect credit card numbers so they can charge them after your insurance pays, or if your insurance doesn't pay within the time they deem appropriate and tell you this in a threatening way the moment you walk in. My insurance paid and I paid the balance by check within 30 days. 6 months later I was called and told my credit card did not go through and they needed my credit card information to charge my balance. (I had cancelled that credit card in the meantime) Then she added she was charging it so late because it took my insurance so long to make payment. WHAT? Great doctor but front office unfriendly and be careful about the billing.

I am so happy with Envision Laser Centers. I did my research and after talking to several different people, decided to have LASIK at Envision. The doctors and staff were so knowledgeable and friendly, that it made this very scary procedure, very easy for me. It was easier than a trip to the dentist. Now my vision is better than when wearing my contacts. I definitely would recommend them. Infact, my husband also had LASIK and is thrilled!

Very thorough exam. Dr. Mertins took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and explain the exam as she was looking at my eyes. She was also great with my kids. You can tell she cares about her patients. I recommend Dr. Mertins to all of my friends and colleagues.
